Canajoharie Community Recreation (CCR)
USE OF CCR MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. STAFF ARE SCHEDULED ACCORDING TO PRE-ARRANGED PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES.

CCR is available for a variety of healthy recreational activities for all ages. CCR is available to residents of the Canjo, Ft. Plain and OESJ school districts. Basketball, volleyball, pickleball, soccer, walking and general exercise are a few of the activities that can be done at CCR. We're happy to accommodate local organizations, school programs and volunteer groups for recreation activities at very little or no charge.
Users must organize their own program, complete our required agreement and release documents, and supervise all participants and guests. CCR staff provide facility monitoring only.
Please note: CCR is not a "playground". We have to arrange for and pay staff whenever CCR is used. We try to provide valuable service to our community, however it is appropriate for some use and programs to pay a reasonable fee.
Fees: A fee may be charged for (1) Use that requires us to schedule staff specifically for a small or private event; (2) Activities that are not publicized and operated as "open to all"; (3) Large programs - the number to be determined by the nature of the activity; (4) Users from outside of our service area; (5) Any other activity where we determine a fee is appropriate.
NOTE: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
CCR is closed when Canjo Schools are closed due to weather.
