In 2006 Arkell Hall Foundation underwrote a major expansion of the Canajoharie Library and Art Gallery. 

The Foundation undertook this initiative to provide a fitting home to the renowned collection of American art that resides in Canajoharie and to expand educational resources in our community.  The collection contains original works by many of America's most influential artists and is well worth a visit.

Arkell Hall Foundation remains a meaningful and important source of support to our library.
