A significant part of the Arkell Foundation tradition is supporting local organizations that provide valuable services to our community.  Our contribution program is dependant on overall economic conditions and other Foundation committments.  Funding is not guaranteed from one  year to the next.

We concentrate our giving in and around the Canajoharie/Western Montgomery County area.  Programs must demonsrate a meaningful impact in our community to qualify.  Volunteer support for the program or organization is also a key factor.
